Morning Surya namaskar

12 steps


Step 1: Pranamasan - prayer pose


Stand at the the end of your your mat, keep your feet together. Bring your  palms together inaya a prayer position.


Step 2: Hastauttanasana - Raised arms pose 


Breath in and left your arms up and back. Make effort to stretch your whole body backward.


Step 3: Hastapadasana - hand to feel pose

Breathing out and band forward from your weist while keeping your spine straight. Exhale and completely bring your hands down to the the floor beside your feet.



Step 4: Ashwa sanchalanasana - Equestrian pose

Breath in and push your right leg as for back as possible. Bring your right knee to the floor and slowly look up.


Step 5: parvatasan - mountain pose 



Breath out and take your left leg back. Put your chest downwords to create an inverted v pose.


Step 6: Ashtonga namaskar - Salute with eight parts or points

Gradually bring your knees down to the floor then exhale. Relax your chest and chin on the ground.


Step 7: bhujangasana - cobra pose 



Slide forward and raise your chest up into the cobra pose. Keep your shoulders away from your ears. Slowly look up.


Step 8: parvatasana -  mountain pose


Breath out and left your hips as well as your tail bone up. Put your chest downwords to create again inverted v pose.


Step 9: Ashwa sanchalanasana - Equestrian pose


Breath in and bring your right foot forward in between the hands. Bring your left knee down to the ground. Look up


Step 10: Hasta padasana - Hand to foot pose

Breath in and roll your spine up. Make your hands go up and bend backward a little bit.


Step 11: Hastauttanasana - Raised arms pose

Breath in and roll your spine up. Make your hands go up and bend backward a little bit.


Step 12: Pranamasan - Prayer pose

Bring your arms back, stand straight and bring your palms back in prayer pose.
