Fight covid 19
With simple exercises of breathing to make your respiratory system strong and fight with germs of corona viruse.

Now, sit straight in padmasana and try the exercises.

1. Anulom Vilom pranayam
Pick your right, close your index finger and middle finger.
First put your ring finger and little finger on your left nostril and close it, then inhale deeply from your right nostril. Now, put your thumb on right nostril and exhale slowly from your left nostril, inhale from the same side and again close left nostril and exhale slowly. Repeat it from 20 to 30 times daily.

2. Ujjayi pranayama

This one so ea
sy as we only have to take deep breaths slowly and focus on ocean-like sounds of breathing.

3. Bhramari Pranayam
Take your both index fingers
and close the end of your ears. Inhale deeply from nose and exhale with creating bee-buzz like sounds. During this your eyes have to be closed.
