Never keep your smartphone on your bed at night.......
 Sleeping with your smartphone could be harmful for you....

Your body produces melatonin. This hormone regulates the sleep cycle. When you stare at your phone too much at night, the sleep cycle is disrupted resulting in fatigue, more sleepless nights and other health problems. Big risk of health.


 The blue light emitted from your personal electronic devices is part of the full light spectrum. The sun exposes us to it each day, but nighttime exposure to that same light (which is emitted at high levels by smartphones, tablets,laptops and other LED screens) may be damaging your vision. Big risk of eyes.

Let's take some solution:

 Shut your phone down if there’s nothing important to do.
Keep your phone at least 3ft away from your body to reduce the electromagnetic radiation.
Check your phone only when you really need to.
Always enable the NIGHT LIGHT at nighttime.
